Both principals have formal education in interior design and have each operated successful design businesses for more than 15 years. As frequently requested speakers for local organizations, they have given presentations on various aspects of interior design including Window Fashions, Lighting, Home Offices, and Working with an Interior Designer. Mary Lou and Barbara are the recipients of awards both for design and service to their profession.

Their recent projects include private residences and corporate offices throughout Illinois.
